Have a Home You Need to Sell?
Selling a home can be a very emotional time for you and your family. You have worked hard to turn a “house” into a “home”. Now you are going to have strangers wandering through your home. Their reaction to your home may not be favorable and even hurt your feelings. After all to them, your home is just a house.
There are many reasons that a Realtor is important in selling a home. One of the most obvious is that you don’t have to be there when your house is being shown. This helps to keep you, “at arms length” from the buyer. Our multi-lock system tracks which Realtor has opened your home to visitors.
As Realtors® we only get paid when a property sells. For this reason, I will only bring you buyers we have pre-screened as able and ready to make a purchase. You won’t have to deal with those folks who were, “just driving by and wondered what the house looks like” or those who, “always wondered what the house was like inside”.
My agency gives your home plenty of exposure, both in local print publications, Nation-wide in Homes and Land Magazine and world-wide on the internet through Realtor.com and verity of real estate sites that search the Realtor.com database. Of course you have thousands of agents who are members of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with buyers looking for a home just like yours.
When we meet I will show you our advertising program.
As required by law I will present to you any and all offers (unless specifically directly otherwise by you in writing). However, beyond that I will use my experience and knowledge of the market to tell you if the offer is a “good” offer that you should accept, or a “weak” offer that you should make a counter-offer to or just turn down.
As a Realtor® I advise you of things you should do to make your home sell as fast as possible for as much as possible.
